Gluten Free Slices and Bars

These gluten-free slices are perfect for morning or afternoon tea, lunchboxes and casual snacking. Easy recipes that keep well – if you somehow manage not to eat them all in one go!

As there is no “standard” sized slice tin, unless otherwise noted, all of the gluten free slice recipes on GFKF are made in an 8″ (20cm) square cake pan, so you won’t have to go shopping for the right sized slice tin.
A roughly equivalent-sized rectangular slice tin will do the trick though, just keep in mind that the depth of the slice may be thicker or thinner depending on the tin size.
